  • Pay all service fees as agreed upon at the time of booking.

Clients are prohibited from shipping hazardous, illegal, or restricted materials without prior written approval.

4. Payment Terms

  • Late payments may result in suspension of services and additional fees.

  • We take all reasonable steps to ensure timely and secure delivery. However, Smith McKenzie Solutions is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, accidents, natural disasters, third-party delays).

  • Our liability for lost, stolen, or damaged items is limited to the declared value of the shipment or the minimum liability coverage provided by applicable law, whichever is less.

  • Clients are encouraged to purchase additional insurance coverage for high-value items.

6. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of sensitive deliveries (including medical, legal, and professional documents) and will handle all items with strict care and discretion.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

  • Refund eligibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the status of the service request.

All website content, branding, logos, and materials provided by Smith McKenzie Solutions are the property of the Company and may not be used without prior written consent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Hinds County, Mississippi.
